We are sorry that your item did not work out. No worries, our return procedure has made it easy for you. You could request a return simply by clicking the link to VHNY Return Center Once you have submitted your return request, we will contact you regarding return instruction.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your order with the exception of final sale items. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment, less any shipping cost. To get started, email joelle.hwang@vhny.us with the details of your return/exchange.


If you believe an item you've purchased from us is damaged, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at joelle.hwang@vhny.us with images of the items. All claims need to be made within 14 days of receiving your order

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
Items are in their original condition and packaging.
Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
All tags remain fully attached to items.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
Purchased at other retail locations or other website.
Customized garment orders that require individual fitting/pattern-making.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

EXCHANGE
We currently are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the merchandise and place a new order.
